Frequently Asked Questions
Men’s Life Coaches
Straight answers to common questions about coaching.
If your question is not answered here, contact Rob for a practical conversation.
What is men’s life coaching?
It is a practical, structured partnership focused on clarity, goals, choices, action and accountability.
Do I need to be struggling?
No. Coaching can help during a difficult period, but it is also for men who are doing reasonably well and want to improve.
Is coaching the same as counselling or therapy?
No. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
How do sessions work?
You discuss what is happening, clarify what you want, explore options and agree on practical actions. Confirmed delivery details will be added before launch.
Which program is right for me?
The free introductory call is the simplest way to discuss your needs and select an appropriate starting point.
What happens during the free call?
You explain where you are and what you would like to change. Rob will explain the available options and whether coaching appears suitable.
How much does coaching cost?
Prices will be published or provided once the final program inclusions have been confirmed.
Is coaching confidential?
The final confidentiality policy and its limits must be confirmed before launch. Do not send urgent, highly sensitive or crisis information through the website form.
Ready for an Honest Conversation?
